Job description:
1. Responsible for providing technical services to customers, including pre-sales technical consultation, program preparation and explanation, as well as problem analysis, feedback and coordinated solutions during project deployment and maintenance;
2. Cooperate with sales and R&D personnel to discuss, formulate and test relevant project requirements to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
3. Complete various technical services required by the company on time and with high quality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communication and other related fields;
2. More than one year of technical post support work experience, and have a certain understanding of mobile communication system products;
3. Have good business coordination and communication, problem analysis and problem solving ability;
4. Be able to adapt to frequent business trips, and have fluent English communication and writing skills.
