Job description:

1. Assist in the formulation of medium and long-term human resource planning and implementation;

2. Organizing the development of competency models for various types of occupations in the company to improve the human resources management system;

3. Optimize the professional and technical skills evaluation system to ensure the smooth progress of employees' career promotion;

4. Continue to optimize the training system for technical reserve talents, and cultivate compound technical reserve talents for the company.

 

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree, major in management, psychology or statistics is preferred;

2. More than one year of human resources work experience in large enterprises is preferred, and outstanding 2022 graduates are also welcome;

3. Have strong initiative, innovation consciousness, analytical ability, learning ability and system thinking ability.
