Job description:
1. Deal with daily system operation and maintenance inquiries, and solve problems encountered by users in the process of using the system;
2. Respond to new business needs, provide solution suggestions for users' new business needs, and follow up on development and implementation;
3. Communicate requirements with key users, confirm plans, and improve functional design and development testing.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in management, finance, information technology;
2. Two or more years of Oracle EBS implementation/operation and maintenance experience, participating in more than 2 complete EBS implementation projects;
3. Familiar with the system functions of one or more modules of EBS 11i/R12 finance, capital, etc., and be able to independently undertake the implementation/operation and maintenance of finance/supply chain-related modules;
4. Familiar with and have carried out the program design, system setup and operation, user training, and system promotion process of the above modules;
5. Familiar with the use of PLSQL, have a comprehensive understanding of the EBS database table structure, and be able to complete simple query, export and other operations;
6. Good at communication, good teamwork spirit, high work responsibility and professionalism;
7. Have strong learning ability and be able to adapt to efficient work rhythm;
8. Those with experience in operation and maintenance projects or those who wish to engage in stable operation and maintenance service projects are preferred.
