The company needs to purchase 2 sets of welding line equipment, and now it is bidding for this project to manufacturers / agents in relevant industries at home and abroad.

6、 Contents of tender documents
The bidding documents shall be prepared by the bidding enterprise itself, but shall at least include the following contents:
1. Basic information of the enterprise (customer, technology, quality, safety, service guarantee, etc.);
2. Relevant documents of enterprise qualification certificates;
3. The balance sheet, income statement and operating conditions (including sales) of the enterprise in the recent three years (2018-2020);
4. Bank credit certificate;
5. According to the company's procurement requirements, please carefully fill in the corresponding attachment forms according to the following contents:
(1) Brand, model, appearance picture, configuration details (standard, optional and complimentary), performance parameters, list of common spare parts, delivery date, payment terms, cost of consumables, preferential terms for spare parts, warranty period and after-sales service fee standard of welding line equipment.
(2) Bid price: including the total warranty price of the overall equipment, payment terms, etc.
(3) Market share of brand and model of welding line equipment; Customer sales list; And provide user use reports and cases.
(4) After sales service and technical support scheme for welding line equipment.
(5) Company qualification profile (agency certificate, ISO Certificate, etc.);
(6) The video introduction document corresponding to the brand and model of the bidding welding line equipment, and the technical response document of welding line equipment shall be truthfully filled in the technical bid.
(7) The tender document must specify the content of software and hardware scalability, interface opening, equipment operating system version, Chinese and English interfaces (screenshot display) of the welding line equipment.
(8) The technical bid and the commercial bid shall be sealed separately and marked with instructions. Points (2) and (5) above are commercial bids, and the rest are classified as technical bids.
Note: all the above attachment forms and bidding equipment videos should be sent to the bidding place together with the bid in the form of USB flash disk.
7、 Bidding time and bid evaluation items
1. Release time: May 5, 2022
Deadline: the deadline for submission of tender documents shall be from the date of publication of this bidding announcement to 09:00 on May 16, 2022. The company reserves the right to reject or treat as a waiver of the bidder's bid.
2. The bid evaluation shall adhere to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The members of the bid evaluation team shall be composed of personnel from the finance, procurement, internal audit, production and other departments of the company to ensure the smooth and effective progress of the bidding work.
3. The bid evaluation standard of the project (the scoring standard is determined according to the bidder's qualification, price, service, technology and other parameters) adopts the comprehensive evaluation principle of technical score and commercial score, in which the technical score accounts for 50% and the commercial score accounts for 50%.
