6. Contents of Bidding Documents

The bidding documents shall be prepared by the bidding enterprise itself, but shall at least include the following contents:

1. Introduction to the basic situation of the enterprise (customers, technology, quality, safety, service guarantee, etc.);

2. Relevant documents of enterprise qualification certificate;

3. The company's balance sheet, profit and loss statement and operating conditions (including sales) in the past three years (2019 to 2021);

4. Bank credit certificate;

5. According to the company's procurement requirements, please fill in the corresponding attachment form carefully according to the following contents:

(1) WMS intelligent warehousing (Eastcom Peace) targeted development plan, process processing list and software screenshots, delivery date, payment terms, maintenance cost, preferential conditions for annual warranty, warranty period, after-sales service cost standard, and the unit price per day for secondary developers Wait.

(2) Bidding price: including specific plan description and total project price, tax rate, payment terms, delivery cycle, etc.

(3) WMS smart warehousing sales list; and provide (WMS smart warehousing) user usage reports and cases.

(4) After-sales service and technical support solutions for WMS intelligent warehousing. (Including the maintenance content, upgrade time period and charging standards of WMS smart warehousing, etc.);

7. Bidding time and bid evaluation matters

2. The bid evaluation adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The members of the bid evaluation team are composed of our company's finance, procurement, internal audit, resource planning, process informatization and other departments to ensure the smooth and effective bidding work.

3. The bid evaluation criteria for this project (the scoring criteria are determined according to the bidder's qualification, price, service, technology and other parameters), adopt the comprehensive evaluation principle of 60% for technical points and 40% for business points.
