Eastcompeace Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Program specializing in the research, development, production and sales of smart cards and related equipment. It is a state-owned smart card manufacturer and system integrator. The company's products mainly include four major product series, including cards, reading and writing terminals, application tools and system integration. 6. Contents of Bidding Documents

The bidding documents shall be prepared by the bidding enterprise itself, but shall at least include the following contents:

1. Introduction to the basic situation of the enterprise (customers, technology, quality, safety, service guarantee, etc.);

2. The relevant documents of the enterprise qualification certificate, the agent needs to provide the H3C/Lenovo/dell manufacturer's power of attorney;

3. The company's balance sheet, profit and loss statement and operating conditions (including sales) in the past three years (2019 to 2021);

4. Bank credit certificate;

5. According to the company's procurement requirements, please fill in the corresponding attachment form carefully according to the following contents:

(1) Storage and server brand, model, appearance picture, configuration details (standard, optional, gift), performance parameters, configuration list, delivery date, payment terms, maintenance cost, preferential terms of annual warranty and warranty period, after-sales service service charges, etc.

(2) Bid price: including the specific configuration list and the total price of the storage server, tax rate, payment terms, delivery date, etc.

(3) Store and server customer sales lists; and provide (storage and server) user usage reports and cases.

(4) After-sales service and technical support solutions for storage and servers. (Including the content, time period and charging standards of storage and server maintenance, etc.);

(5) Overview of the company's qualifications.

Note: All the above attached forms and bidding equipment videos should be sent to the bidding site together with the bidding documents in the form of a USB flash drive.

7. Bidding time and bid evaluation matters

1. Release time: April 13, 2022

Deadline: The time limit for submitting bidding documents is from the date of the announcement of this bidding announcement to 09:00 on April 25, 2022. The company has the right to reject or deem bidders to abstain from bidding for overdue submission of bids.

2. The bid evaluation adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The members of the bid evaluation team are composed of personnel from our company's finance, procurement, internal audit, industry and other departments to ensure the smooth and effective bidding work.

3. The bid evaluation criteria for this project (the scoring criteria are determined according to the bidder's qualifications, price, service, technology and other parameters), adopt the comprehensive evaluation principle of 50% for technical points and 50% for business points.
