2. Purpose of Bidding

The company needs to purchase one MXD and one front UG module for the MX6000 equipment. Now this project is tendered to manufacturers/agents in related industries at home and abroad.

6. Contents of Bidding Documents

The bidding documents shall be prepared by the bidding enterprise itself, but shall at least include the following contents:

1. Introduction to the basic situation of the enterprise (customers, technology, quality, safety, service guarantee, etc.);

2. Relevant documents of enterprise qualification certificate;

3. The company's balance sheet, profit and loss statement and operating conditions (including sales) in the past three years (2018 to 2020);

4. Bank credit certificate;

5. According to the company's procurement requirements, please fill in the corresponding attachment form carefully according to the following contents:

(1) MXD and former UG modules are applicable to equipment year, source (bank, card dealer, etc.), model, appearance picture, configuration details (standard, optional, gift), performance parameters, common spare parts list, delivery date, payment Conditions, cost of consumables, preferential conditions for spare parts, warranty period, after-sales service fee standards, etc.

(2) Bid price: including the sub-item quotation of modules and the total price of the overall equipment including warranty, payment terms, etc.

(3) Market share of sales of MX6000 equipment; customer sales list; and provide user usage reports and cases.

(4) After-sales service and technical support plan for MXD and former UG modules. (Including the maintenance content, time period and charging standards of MXD and former UG modules, etc.);

(5) Company qualification profile;

(6) Bid MXD and pre-UG module video introduction documents.

(7) The bidding documents must describe in detail the software and hardware scalability content of the MXD and former UG modules, the open interface, and the operating system version.

Note: All the above attached forms and bidding equipment videos should be sent to the bidding site together with the bidding documents in the form of a USB flash drive.

7. Bidding time and bid evaluation matters

1. Release time: January 12, 2022

Deadline: The time limit for submitting bidding documents is from the date of this bidding announcement to 09:00 on January 21, 2022. The company has the right to reject or deem bidders to abstain from bidding for overdue submission of bids.

2. The bid evaluation adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The members of the bid evaluation team are composed of personnel from our company's finance, procurement, internal audit, production and other departments to ensure the smooth and effective progress of the bidding work.

3. The bid evaluation standard of this project (the scoring standard is determined according to the parameters of the bidder's qualification, price, service, technology, etc.), and the comprehensive evaluation of technical points and business points is adopted, of which the technical points account for 50% and the business points account for 50%.
