2. Purpose of Bidding

The company needs to purchase a 160kw air compressor (including installation services), the whole machine is guaranteed for one year, and the main components (head) are guaranteed for three years. This project is now invited to bid for air compressor manufacturers/agents that meet domestic and foreign industry standards or national standards.

6. Contents of Bidding Documents

The bidding documents shall be prepared by the bidding enterprise itself, but shall at least include the following contents:

1. Introduction to the basic situation of the enterprise (customers, technology, quality, safety, service guarantee, etc.);

2. Relevant documents of enterprise qualification certificate;

3. The company's balance sheet, profit and loss statement and operating conditions (including sales) in the past three years (2018 to 2020);

4. Bank credit certificate;

5. According to the company's procurement requirements, please fill in the corresponding attachment form carefully according to the following contents:

(1) Air compressor name, model, appearance picture, configuration details (standard, optional, gift), performance parameters, list of common spare parts, delivery date, payment terms, consumables cost, spare parts preferential conditions and warranty period, After-sales service fee standards, etc.

(2) Bid price: including the configuration item quotation and the total price of the air compressor (including installation).

(3) Air compressor market share; customer sales list; and provide (air compressor) user reports and cases.

(4) After-sales service and technical support plan for air compressors. (including the content, time period and charging standards of air compressor maintenance, etc.);

(5) Company qualification profile, provide original factory/brand authorization letter and original factory/brand after-sales service commitment letter, copy and stamp with official seal.

(6) Bidding air compressor video introduction document.

(7) The bidding documents must specify in detail the software and hardware expandability content of the air compressor, the opening of the interface, and the operating system version. The "Air Compressor Response Document" must be filled out truthfully and sealed together with the technical bid. The content of the response must be true and valid. If any fraud is discovered, the bidding qualification will be disqualified.

7. Bidding time and bid evaluation matters
